I’ve taken plenty of assessments that told me nothing.

Interesting score, tidy chart, nothing I could act on. So this one doesn’t tell you whether your culture is good or bad. It tells you how deliberatelyit’s being built, which is the part you can actually change.

Free, about ten minutes

The Culture Strength Check

Thirty two questions about what actually happens on your team. Not ‘rate your culture out of a hundred’, because everyone says 85. What happened last time someone missed a commitment. When someone last pushed back on you. That kind of thing.

Answer it yourself for your own read, or invite your team and see where their answers land against yours. Either way it ends with one thing to do first, not a list.

Take the free checkOn cultureoffsite.com. An email gets you the report to keep, and that’s optional.

What you get

  1. 01

A read across the six conversations

Expectation through to celebration, each one banded, each one with a move.

  2. 02

    Your psychological safety read

Low safety dims everything else, and the report says so.

  3. 03

    The three gaps

Aspiration on your own. Invite your team and it reads perception and spread as well.

  4. 04

    One thing to do first

Not a list of twelve. The lowest signal, why it matters, and what to do about it this week.

What the Review adds

  1. 01

    More questions

The Check is the short version. The Review goes deeper on every conversation and on the culture underneath them.

  2. 02

    A much more robust report

Across as many teams as you need. Where you’re strong, where leaders and their teams disagree, and where to start.

  3. 03

    Me, explaining it

A report is data. I present it back to you and tell you what I would do next, which is the part a tool can’t give you.

Run by me, with your teams

The Culture Strength Review

Same model, the same assessment underneath, and then a lot more. The Review asks more questions, takes a deeper look at the culture, and comes back as a much more robust report with a personalised explanation from me.

It moves up from the Check. I run it across as many teams as you need and present it back to you: where you’re strong, where your leaders and their teams disagree, and where to start. It’s the first step in the culture work I run with you, and it stands on its own if that’s all you need for now.

Not sure which one? Tell me what’s going on.

If you want a quick, honest read, take the Check. If you lead leaders and want the deeper one, with me in the room to explain it, it’s the Review. If you’re somewhere in between, a line here is enough and I’ll point you at the right one.
